Kitesurf Lessons at Puclaro Dam, only spot of Chile with 100% GUARANTEED WIND from August to May, thanks to two wind conditions: Due the Bay effect with the city of La Serena and to the Venturi effect of the hills from the Elqui Valley. We have side-on winds in the clearance and landing zone, with more than 7 hours a day of even and constant wind (between 15 and 30 knots). EVERYDAY OF THE SEASON (10 Months).
